Looking back at this record, we would put our success down to these simple factors:
Doing the job properly
We don’t do work by half measures. If there is the slightest evidence of a leak from an air con system, we go the extra mile (or hours) to track it down and eliminate it. If you need a new condenser we’ll tell you, and not fob you off with a recharged system which breaks down next time the weather’s hot. Wherever possible we will source original equipment spec. parts to make a retro-fitted system indistinguishable from the factory-fitted item – right down to the bolts in the engine bay and the dashboard switchgear.
Our word is our bond
We stand by our work and our agreements. This means that we will support work we do with our promise to put it right if, due to materials or workmanship, it fails. Having been around for nearly two decades, this is not an empty promise. And the same goes for prices – if we agree a price for a job then we stick to it.
Keeping prices reasonable
We are motor enthusiasts ourselves. We know that many vehicle owners have stretched their budgets to get that dream car, so main dealer prices for engineering work like air con and performance upgrades are just not manageable. In many cases our prices are half the main dealer rate and we won’t sell you loads of parts your car doesn’t actually need. So prices are kept at a minimum - and you already know what we believe about our quality standards.
