Wheels and tyres
It's beneficial to have dedicated track day wheels for a number of reasons, not least that the hot brake dust generated at track speeds will eat straight into the lacquer finish of your beautiful road alloys. Also, a spare set of wheels allows you to keep your road tyres in good order so you're not driving home on dubious tyres after a hard day's tracking!
Depending on your car, needs and budget we can supply either new or reconditioned wheels to use on track days. We will advise you on, and fit, performance tyres at reasonable prices, ensuring that they are properly balanced which is vital at the high speeds you encounter on the track. You can even specify slicks at some events, although we would recommend that you also have a baffled sump fitted to counteract oil surge through the high cornering forces.

Strut bracing
The extra forces created by tuned engines, larger wheels and tyres and the higher speeds in track day use can cause the struts to flex, reducing the contact your tyres have with the road surface and impairing cornering ability. To counteract this we can fit strut braces which, in many cases, are especially designed for your car.

Uprated suspension
We supply and fit top quality suspension upgrades. Additionally, it sounds obvious but checking your suspension is properly set up is the first thing you should do to ensure your car is ready for the enhanced forces it undergoes on the track. Poorly-tuned suspension will write off any other mods you have made to chassis or engine when it comes to performance, and worse - could actually be dangerous. We will check and adjust camber, damper settings and so on to ensure that the car is at its best.
